The article explores how IDEAS is addressing poor drug solubility through next-generation amorphous pharmaceutical materials, predictive modelling, machine learning and advanced experimental methods, with the aim of helping promising medicines reach patients more effectively.
It also introduces the international network behind the project and its mission to train 15 doctoral candidates while developing more stable, effective and sustainable drug formulations that can ultimately contribute to better treatment outcomes for patients.
